Corporate Associate, Atlanta · Leading Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Firm

A leading venture capital and emerging companies firm is seeking a junior corporate associate for its Atlanta office. You'll work with startups and early-stage growth companies, handling seed and Series A/B fundraising rounds and M&A transactions.

The work:

• Represent emerging companies in venture capital fundraising rounds
• Draft and negotiate term sheets, stock purchase agreements, and financing documents
• Advise on corporate governance and cap table matters
• Work on M&A transactions for growth-stage companies
• Support founders and investors across the technology and life sciences sectors

What they're looking for:

• JD from accredited law school (2024-2025 graduate or recent licensee)
• Prior large law firm experience preferred
• Current license to practice in any U.S. state, in good standing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem
• Salary: $225,000-$235,000
