Join the corporate practice to work on M&A transactions, public securities offerings, and corporate finance matters. As a mid-level associate, you'll develop expertise in capital structure transactions and Exchange Act compliance while working directly with clients on sophisticated deals.

The work:

• Advise on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
• Handle public securities offerings and related compliance
• Work on corporate finance transactions and documentation
• Support Exchange Act filings and securities compliance
• Develop expertise across transactional corporate matters

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of corporate law experience
• Strong background in securities, finance, and M&A
• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive
• Georgia bar admission or eligibility for admission

Compensation: $230,000-$285,000
