Corporate and M&A Associate, Los Angeles · Vault Top 10 Firm

Vault top-tier corporate practice seeking junior associates to join a growing team focused on complex transactional work. You'll handle a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and dispositions for public and private companies, financial sponsors, and ultra-high-net-worth clients across technology, media, financial services, energy, and other industries.

The work:

• Advise on M&A transactions, minority investments, and corporate dispositions
• Counsel boards and special committees on governance and fiduciary duties
• Navigate federal and state securities law compliance
• Maintain direct client contact and develop relationships

What they're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience or current 3L
• Top law school background with strong academic record
• Interest in corporate transactional work
• California Bar admission required
• Entrepreneurial approach; team operates with lean structure and high autonomy
• Capable of 2,000+ annual billable hours
