Complex Litigation Associate, Los Angeles and San Francisco · Am Law 100

This Am Law 100 firm's Complex Litigation team handles high-stakes, precedent-setting disputes across multiple practice areas. They're looking for mid-level to senior associates with 3-8 years of litigation experience and a track record of successful case outcomes.

The work:

• Lead work on sensitive, complex, high-stakes commercial disputes
• Conduct discovery including taking and defending depositions
• Prepare cases for trial or arbitration proceedings
• Represent clients before courts and arbitrators
• Contribute to strategy and legal analysis on multi-jurisdictional matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-8 years of litigation experience at recognized firms
• Excellent legal analysis and writing skills
• Trial or arbitration experience and successful court/arbitrator appearances preferred
• Background in privacy litigation or consumer protection class actions a plus
• Strong academic credentials and professional references
• Ability to work collaboratively across the firm's multi-office team

Compensation for California ranges from $260,000 to $435,000 depending on experience and background.
