Complex Commercial Litigation Associate, Dallas · Am Law 100 Firm

Am Law 100 firm seeking a commercial litigation associate to strengthen its Dallas practice. The candidate will handle complex commercial disputes for clients across industries.

The work:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
• Manage case files and discovery processes
• Conduct legal research and analysis supporting case strategy
• Prepare for and attend depositions
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience at a recognized law firm
• Texas State Bar admission
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery and litigation workflow
• Initiative to gain substantive stand-up courtroom experience
• Ability to manage multiple matters and take ownership of cases

Compensation ranges from $270,000 to $385,000 based on background, graduation year, and relevant experience. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate sound judgment.
