Complex Business Litigation Associate, Boston · AmLaw Global 100 Firm

AmLaw Global 100 firm seeking experienced litigator to join the Boston complex business litigation practice. You will work on sophisticated commercial disputes for major clients alongside established trial lawyers.

The work:

• Handle high-stakes commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, securities issues, and regulatory investigations
• Manage all phases of litigation including factual development, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Coordinate large-scale document discovery and manage eDiscovery issues

What they're looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience at a top-tier litigation practice
• Massachusetts Bar admission or eligibility
• Substantial background handling sophisticated commercial disputes
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated project management ability in fast-paced litigation teams
• Judicial clerkship experience (particularly federal district or appellate) preferred
• Strong academic credentials and sound judgment

Compensation: $310K-$420K.
