Commercial Real Estate Associate, Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm expanding its real estate practice in Denver, seeking a commercial real estate associate with 5 to 7 years of transactional experience.

The work:

• Advising developers, institutional investors, and private equity clients on acquisitions, sales, and financing across office, retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and data center assets
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture structures
• Managing due diligence on title, surveys, environmental issues, and zoning
• Supporting development projects from entitlement through closing
• Handling operational real estate work including lease amendments, assignments, and tenant issues
• Collaborating across tax, construction, and zoning practices on complex transactions

What they're looking for:

• 5 to 7 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm
• Colorado bar admission (or admission pending)
• Proven transaction experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
• Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters
• Strong analytical and drafting skills; experience with institutional clients preferred
