The work:

• Manage commercial litigation and arbitration matters end-to-end
• Conduct discovery including electronic discovery management and motion practice
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda for state and federal courts
• Appear before judges and arbitrators
• Advise on litigation strategy, case development, and dispute resolution

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 6 years commercial litigation or arbitration experience
• Demonstrated trial or final hearing experience
• Superior legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Top law school graduate or ranked in top of class
• Federal clerkship experience a plus
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility required
• Interest in international disputes valued
