This is hands-on litigation work across state and federal courts with exposure to document discovery, pleadings, motions practice, depositions, and trial preparation. The firm values sharp legal writing, oral advocacy, and the ability to manage complex business disputes from intake through resolution.

The work:

• Conduct and manage document discovery in complex litigation matters
• Research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Conduct and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for trial
• Argue motions in state and federal court
• Participate in settlement conferences and trial preparation

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of business litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Active Utah bar membership
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients
• JD from ABA-approved law school with strong academic record
