Commercial Litigation Associate, Portland, OR · National Law Firm

A nationally recognized law firm with multiple offices is seeking a commercial litigation associate for its Portland office. The practice handles complex commercial disputes for clients across industries, litigating in federal and state courts at both trial and appellate levels.

The work:

• Litigate complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts
• Conduct discovery, legal research, and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and trial documents
• Represent clients at trial and appellate proceedings
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and across multiple matters

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Active bar admission in Oregon, or ability to waive in
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Class action experience (a plus)
• Additional bar admissions in Washington or California (preferred)
