Commercial Litigation Associate, Phoenix · National Law Firm

Senior-level commercial litigation opportunity at a national law firm. You'll work on complex disputes with emphasis on technology, manufacturing, and transportation matters, serving diverse corporate and institutional clients.

The work:

• Complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts
• Full-cycle litigation including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Depositions and trial preparation (second-chair trial experience preferred)
• Mediation and arbitration
• Administrative matters
• Transportation and supply chain dispute expertise

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Active Arizona bar license or commitment to obtain
• Federal and state court experience expected
• Arbitration experience valued
• Strong legal training and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters under pressure
• Entrepreneurial approach to practice and business development
