A respected commercial litigation group seeks an experienced attorney to join its Philadelphia office. You'll handle matters in Delaware's state and federal courts, with exposure to financial disputes and sophisticated commercial transactions.

The work:

• Counsel clients through commercial disputes in Delaware courts
• Draft briefs and motions across commercial litigation matters
• Develop relationships with sophisticated clients in financial and commercial sectors
• Build expertise in transaction-related disputes

• 5+ years handling commercial litigation
• Experience in Delaware courts (state and/or federal)
