Commercial Litigation Associate, Nashville · Leading Commercial Litigation Firm

Mid-market firm expanding its Nashville commercial litigation practice. You'd manage cases from intake through trial, handling discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations on behalf of diverse clients.

The work:

• Manage case work-up including discovery responses and motion drafting
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trial
• Handle pretrial filings and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution
• Work on injunctions and other complex litigation matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Tennessee bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials and proven litigation background
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate complex matters efficiently
• Prior clerkship experience a plus
