AmLaw 100 firm seeking mid-level litigation associate for its Denver office to handle complex commercial disputes. The practice manages sophisticated matters across multiple industries and forums, representing clients from Fortune 50 companies to emerging businesses.

The work:

• Manage commercial disputes through all litigation phases, from investigation to trial
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Coordinate discovery processes
• Prepare cases for trial and appear in court

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Judicial clerkship background a plus
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Colorado bar membership required

Compensation: $215,000-$265,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance with HSA option, retirement plan, paid time off, and flexible spending accounts.
