A top-tier Vault 20 firm seeks a mid-level commercial litigation associate for its Los Angeles office. You'll handle complex commercial disputes, managing matters from strategy through resolution while working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. The practice values strong analytical and writing skills; judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred.

• Manage commercial disputes with significant responsibility
