Commercial Litigation Associate (Junior), Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm seeking junior litigation associate for its Denver office to develop skills handling commercial disputes. The practice manages matters across multiple industries, representing clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to emerging businesses.

The work:

• Analyze legal issues and draft briefs and memoranda
• Investigate and summarize factual situations
• Manage discovery and conduct depositions
• Research and analyze case law
• Appear before state and federal courts
• Support trial preparation and strategy

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials and writing ability
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with legal research, discovery, and depositions preferred
• Colorado bar membership required

Compensation: $210,000-$230,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance with HSA option, retirement plan, paid time off, and flexible spending accounts.
