Commercial Litigation Associate, Denver, Colorado · National Law Firm

Join the commercial litigation team on complex matters across practice areas, with emphasis on financial services and capital markets disputes. You'll participate in all phases of litigation from investigation and discovery through trial and arbitration.

The work:

• Conducting factual investigations and managing discovery
• Drafting pleadings and motion practice
• Taking depositions and preparing for trial
• Participating in mediation and settlement negotiations
• Advising clients on litigation strategy and case assessment

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience preferred
• Experience in both state and federal court
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Trial or arbitration experience a plus
• Colorado bar membership or commitment to obtain one
