Commercial Litigation Associate, Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 commercial litigation practice seeks an associate with 3-4 years of business litigation experience for its Denver office. You'll work on complex civil disputes in state and federal courts, with hands-on involvement across full litigation cycles.

The work:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Manage document collection and written discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare witnesses for trial testimony
• Argue motions and attend status conferences in state and federal courts
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of substantive business litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and public speaking abilities
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the Colorado Bar (California Bar admission a plus)
• Comfort working closely with partners and clients
• Solid academic credentials
• Salary range: $260,000-$310,000
