Commercial Litigation Associate, Denver · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 commercial litigation firm seeks a mid-to-senior associate for its Denver office. This role focuses on complex commercial disputes across the full litigation lifecycle, with opportunities for client development and business growth.

The work:

• Managing complex commercial litigation matters from initiation through resolution
• Drafting briefs, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Conducting legal research and document review
• Representing clients in negotiations and proceedings
• Supporting client pitches and business development initiatives
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy and client matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Colorado bar admission in good standing
• Strong academic credentials
• Sound judgment and ability to assume significant responsibility
