Commercial Litigation Associate, Dallas · Southwest Regional Firm

Southwest regional law firm with multiple offices serving clients from startups to large corporations. The commercial litigation practice handles defendant representation and tort-based matters.

The work:

• Manage and oversee litigation matters from initiation through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and litigation motions
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trial appearances
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with clients and counsel
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years post-bar litigation experience
• Texas bar admission (required)
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed for client representation
• Organized approach to complex case management

Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $110,000 to $165,000 annually. The firm uses standard legal technology platforms to support litigation work.
