Commercial Litigation Associate, Dallas · National Law Firm

A national law firm with a dedicated Financial Services and Capital Markets practice seeks a commercial litigation associate with three to five years of experience. Work includes the full lifecycle of complex commercial disputes. Texas bar license required.

The work:

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, from pleadings and discovery through motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution and litigation matters across financial services and capital markets sectors.
• Draft legal documents and prepare case strategies.
• Trial and arbitration experience preferred but not required.
