Commercial litigation in an Am Law 100 firm. You'll work on complex commercial disputes across the lifecycle, from initial filings through trial. Emphasis is on building practical courtroom experience and handling your own cases.

The work:

• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Organize case files and manage litigation workflow
• Participate in witness depositions and trial readiness
• Conduct legal research and write on commercial disputes
• Appear in court and support trial work

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation at a recognized firm
• Admitted to practice in North Carolina
• Skill writing polished pleadings and discovery requests
• Strong legal analysis and writing
• Ability to juggle multiple client matters
• Appetite for courtroom work
