AmLaw top 50 firm's nationally recognized commercial litigation practice seeks mid to senior-level associate for Atlanta office.

The work:

• Full lifecycle commercial litigation from initiation through trial and appeal
• Discovery management including document review, written discovery, and depositions
• Legal research, case analysis, and complex litigation writing
• Pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Direct client, expert, and opposing counsel engagement
• Potential focus areas: class actions, financial litigation, privacy litigation, or real estate disputes

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years complex and sophisticated business litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Proven deposition and court experience
• Level-appropriate direct client and opposing counsel engagement
• Strong oral advocacy capabilities
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Good standing bar admission in Georgia
• Preferred: prior law firm experience, class action background
