Commercial Agreements Attorney, Omaha · Nebraska-based Law Firm

Nebraska-based law firm serving clients throughout the country with commercial and technology agreement work. Seeks early-career attorney to assist with contract drafting, review, and negotiation across business relationships and industries.

The work:

• Draft and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, supply chain arrangements, and technology licenses
• Review and analyze contractual terms and obligations
• Negotiate agreements and prepare contract abstracts and interpretations
• Handle service agreements, NDAs, software licenses, and SaaS contracts
• Research commercial law issues and support strategic contract decisions

What they're looking for:

• 0-2 years postbar experience in commercial agreements or related practice
• Nebraska bar admission (current or eligible)
• Strong contract drafting and analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Attention to detail and teamwork orientation
• Experience with privacy, data security, or intellectual property valued
• Law degree from accredited institution
