Civil Litigation Associate, Denver · Established Trial Practice

Established trial practice seeking an experienced civil litigation associate to defend complex civil cases. The role covers the full litigation lifecycle from discovery through trial, with emphasis on depositions, motion practice, and client development.

The work:

• Represent clients in civil disputes across pre-trial and trial phases
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery and expert disclosures
• Draft and argue pre-trial motions and handle complex document production
• Lead mediations and arbitrations
• Build client relationships and participate in business development

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years defending civil litigation cases
• Colorado bar admission required
• Demonstrated trial or arbitration experience
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and delegate to support staff

Compensation: $100,000 - $187,500 annually based on experience. Hybrid schedule (3 office / 2 remote), full benefits, continuing training, and collegial work environment.
