AmLaw 50 firm expanding its Naples office. This position spans commercial, construction, and civil disputes, with scope and responsibility aligned to your experience level within the 5-15 year range. Structured at the senior associate to counsel level.

The work:

• Manage business and commercial disputes from intake through final resolution
• Conduct discovery including depositions; draft motions and briefs
• Represent clients at hearings and trial
• Oversee case strategy and maintain direct client relationships
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Build and mentor junior team members

What they're looking for:

• 5-15 years in civil litigation (commercial, construction, or general disputes)
• Florida bar admission
• Proven track record in independent case management and courtroom advocacy
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior practitioners
• Full-time on-site work in Naples required
