Join a nationally recognized litigation practice with deep Delaware Chancery Court expertise. This role focuses on complex corporate governance disputes and shareholder matters, working with lead counsel on high-stakes litigation in Delaware's corporate courts.

The work:

• Handle shareholder disputes and breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Work on corporate governance litigation in Delaware Chancery Court
• Manage commercial and securities litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and motions
• Represent clients in Delaware state and federal court proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters

What they're looking for:

• Four to six years of litigation experience
• Delaware Chancery Court background preferred
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Solid academic credentials
• Active Delaware bar license required
• Commercial or securities litigation experience valued

Compensation is competitive in the $250K–$305K range, plus incentive and profit-sharing bonus programs.
