Capital Markets Associate, Washington DC · Top International Firm

A top international firm is adding a junior capital markets associate to its Washington DC office. The seat is open to the classes of 2023 through 2025. Work spans public and private securities offerings and the reporting obligations that follow them.

The work:

• Draft registration statements, prospectuses, and offering memoranda
• Support equity and debt issuances for public and private companies
• Handle securities law compliance and periodic reporting
• Coordinate with underwriters, auditors, and regulators across the deal cycle

What they're looking for:

• One to three years of capital markets experience
• Solid drafting and a willingness to own workstreams early
• DC bar admission or eligibility
