A Vault Top 10 firm's Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid-level associate for its San Francisco office. You'll work on a range of institutional capital markets transactions, including structured finance, securities offerings, and related matters. Your role involves handling deal execution and documentation from initial structuring through transaction completion.

The work:

• Structure and negotiate capital markets transactions
• Draft and review transaction documentation
• Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle
• Coordinate with senior attorneys, underwriters, and external parties
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions and deadlines

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of substantive capital markets experience
• California bar admission required
• Demonstrated track record of running deals independently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities

The salary range is $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year.
