The Capital Markets group handles IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other securities transactions for growth-stage and public companies.

The work:

  • Public company securities offerings and capital markets transactions
  • IPO preparation and execution for emerging and established tech companies
  • SEC compliance and public company reporting
  • Ongoing public company governance and disclosure advisory

What they're looking for:

  • Two or more years of Capital Markets or securities practice experience
  • Hands-on experience with IPOs and capital markets transactions
  • Knowledge of SEC rules and public company disclosure requirements
  • Strong drafting and analytical capabilities
