Capital markets work for public companies and investment banks at a top-tier firm. Associates handle IPOs, debt and equity offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market transactions. The role also covers SEC compliance, corporate governance, and exchange listing requirements for public companies. You build strong expertise in securities law and public company matters.

The work:

• Represent issuers and investment banks in capital markets offerings and financings
• Advise on SEC compliance, disclosure, and governance issues for public companies
• Handle Nasdaq and NYSE listing and regulatory compliance
• Support corporate governance and securities matters

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of law firm experience in capital markets or public company work
• Background representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Solid grasp of public company compliance and reporting requirements
