A major global law firm's capital markets team seeks a mid-level associate for its high-growth practice. You'll advise leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporations on significant equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs and public financings. The practice has experienced notable growth and is a strategic priority for the firm.

The work:

• Advise issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions
• Counsel on IPO processes, secondary offerings, and debt financings
• Guide public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure, and compliance matters
• Advise on general corporate matters for institutional clients

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of post-law school experience in capital markets
• Significant transaction experience with top-tier law firms
• Strong client management and communication skills
