Capital Markets Associate, New York · AmLaw 100 Firm

Associate position with an AmLaw 100 firm's New York office. You'll handle sophisticated corporate capital markets transactions and build expertise in specialized sectors and transaction types.

The work:

• Advising on corporate capital markets and structured transactions
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Conducting legal analysis on complex corporate matters
• Working with established clients and senior partners
• Developing deep expertise in specific practice areas

What they're looking for:

• 1-5 years of corporate transaction or capital markets experience
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
• Exceptional legal research and writing ability
• Organized approach to complex matters
• Interest in power and utilities or asset-backed securitization work (not required)
• New York bar membership required
• Partnership track position

Compensation $225,000-$365,000 based on experience and qualifications.
