An AmLaw 100 firm's Los Angeles office seeks a Capital Markets Associate with 2 to 6 years of corporate transaction experience. You'll advise on U.S. and cross-border securities offerings for issuers, underwriters, financial institutions, venture capital funds, hedge funds, and investment firms.

The work:

• Advise on U.S. and cross-border securities offerings and transactions
• Support IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings
• Work on Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings for foreign private issuers
• Handle registered direct offerings, at-the-market offerings, and equity line transactions
• Advise on SPACs, REITs, and other structured transactions

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 6 years of significant corporate transaction experience in capital markets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
• Admission to (or eligibility for) the California Bar
• Capacity to handle a challenging workload
