Capital Markets Associate, Dallas · Top Vault Firm

Top Vault capital markets firm in Dallas is building its practice and seeks a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You'll counsel underwriters, issuers, and placement agents on securities offerings ranging from large IPOs to follow-on offerings to private placements, and support public companies on Securities Exchange Act compliance matters.

The work:

• Represent underwriters and issuers through IPO and secondary offering processes
• Advise placement agents and issuers on Securities Act compliance in private placements
• Handle Securities Exchange Act regulatory requirements and compliance for public company clients
• Coordinate with underwriting syndicates and other deal participants on transaction mechanics and disclosure
• Draft offering documents and securities law analyses

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of capital markets, securities, or public finance experience
• Active Texas bar membership (required)
• Prior experience with 34 Act matters is preferred but not required
• Compensation: $235K-$365K depending on background and experience
