Capital Markets Associate, Charlotte, New York & Washington, D.C. · Vault Top-Tier Firm

This Vault-tier firm's capital markets group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to support commercial mortgage securitization transactions. You'll draft and review disclosure documents and offering materials, working with deal teams and clients from initial documentation through closing.

The work:

• Draft and review disclosure documents for commercial mortgage securitizations
• Support transactional clients through deal lifecycle
• Manage compliance and regulatory review of offering materials
• Coordinate with clients on deal-specific requirements

What they're looking for:

• 2-6 years in capital markets or real estate lending experience
• Strong writing and attention to detail in securities documentation
• Client-facing capability and transaction management skills
• JD from ABA-accredited law school; bar admission required

Compensation: $235,000-$310,000 base, plus performance bonuses and firm benefits.
