A global finance powerhouse's Capital Markets group works on complex financing, derivatives, and securitization deals for major banks, investment funds, and corporate clients. This mid-level associate role offers transaction execution responsibility, client relationship management, and exposure to cutting-edge structured finance work.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate financing and derivatives documentation for hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered investment companies
• Structure complex, bespoke transactions and securitization arrangements
• Advise corporate clients on financing strategies and derivative products
• Build and maintain significant client relationships
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on market-leading transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of law firm experience in capital markets, derivatives, or related finance practice
• New York bar admission in good standing
• Background in complex financing transactions, derivatives, or securitization
• Consumer credit regulatory and licensing experience preferred
• Strong communication, research, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented approach
• Compensation: $310K–$390K, based on experience
