The San Francisco office seeks associates with three to five years of commercial litigation experience to join its practice group. The role emphasizes client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and teamwork in a growing litigation practice.

The work:

• Handle commercial disputes from case inception through trial
• Draft and review motions, briefs, discovery responses, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and contribute to litigation strategy development
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and work within cross-functional litigation teams
• Take ownership of substantive matters with appropriate oversight
