AmLaw top 10 firm's Chicago office is hiring a restructuring associate for chapter 11 bankruptcies and reorganizations. You'll primarily represent debtors through the bankruptcy process, handling complex capital structure rebuilds.

The work:

• Chapter 11 debtor representation and case management
• Drafting bankruptcy motions, reorganization plans, and disclosure statements
• Restructuring analysis and creditor negotiations
• Litigation support in insolvency disputes
• Cross-practice collaboration with the firm's financial and corporate teams

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of restructuring or bankruptcy experience in a law firm
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing ability
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex cases both independently and with teams
