Business Litigation Attorney, Dallas · National Litigation Firm

A national law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join its Dallas office and independently manage complex business disputes while mentoring junior attorneys. This counsel-level position is for an attorney with at least six years of sophisticated litigation experience.

The work:

• Manage complex business disputes from initial client intake through final resolution
• Handle litigation involving contract disputes, shareholder rights, partnership disagreements, and fiduciary duty claims
• Draft and argue motions on discovery, summary judgment, and other dispositive issues
• Conduct and defend depositions and develop litigation strategy
• Prepare pleadings, legal briefs, and client communications
• Mentor and supervise junior associates on litigation matters

What they're looking for:

• Minimum six years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage complex disputes independently
• Admitted to practice in Texas (sponsorship not available)
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
