Business Litigation Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Litigation Firm

This leading litigation firm seeks an experienced litigator to join its practice handling complex business disputes in federal and state courts, with particular focus on the construction sector. You'll manage substantive cases in an active environment alongside skilled litigation counsel.

The work:

• Represent clients in commercial disputes and construction-related litigation across federal and state courts
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions
• Interact directly with clients on case strategy and legal positioning
• Develop expertise in civil procedure and litigation management

What they're looking for:

• 4–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial or construction disputes
• California bar admission or immediate eligibility to sit for the bar
• Excellence in written and oral communication and motion practice
• Demonstrated courtroom experience and solid grasp of civil procedure
• Federal clerkship experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials
