One of the world's leading finance practices is hiring a mid-level associate for banking and private credit in Singapore. The team runs cross-border leveraged finance and private credit deals across Asia, on both sponsor and lender side. The seat puts you in the region's active credit markets from day one.

The work:

• Act on leveraged and acquisition financings, private credit facilities, and refinancings.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security packages.
• Advise borrowers, sponsors, and direct lenders through structuring and execution.
• Coordinate local counsel and manage conditions across multiple jurisdictions to close.

What they're looking for:

• Mid-level banking or debt finance experience, ideally with leveraged or private credit exposure.
• Comfort with cross-border financings and multi-jurisdiction documentation.
• Common law training; prior APAC experience useful but not required.
