A Vault-ranked finance firm seeks a banking and finance associate for a distinctive long-term client secondment. You'll remain employed by the firm while serving as a trusted advisor to a leading financial institution, handling sophisticated banking and finance transactions.

The work:

• Structure and advise on complex banking and finance deals
• Focus on leveraged finance and lending transactions
• Serve as key contact for a major financial services client
• Work with the client on sophisticated financing arrangements

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of private practice experience in banking and finance
• Extensive background representing investment banks in complex transactions
• Prior client secondment experience preferred
• New York bar admission
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong academic credentials
