Global law firm with a strong fund finance practice seeking mid-level associates with relevant credit experience. The role offers significant client contact with major banks, asset managers, and institutional lenders.

The work:

• Structure and close syndicated loans, commercial credit facilities, and acquisition financing
• Develop CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations
• Guide fund formation and leverage facilities (NAV loans, subscription credit lines)
• Advise on asset-based lending structures and related documentation

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6+ years of finance experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, or related credit areas
• Strong academic credentials and law firm background
• Bar admission in the United States
• Ability to manage complex transactions with institutional clients

Compensation ranges from $260k to $390k annually based on qualifications, plus performance bonuses, benefits, and potential relocation assistance.
