Flexible 12-month placement with a Magic Circle firm supporting a financial services organization's banking and capital markets operations. The role focuses on repo trading business expansion and document negotiation for a financial markets team. You'll work autonomously negotiating complex repurchase and securities lending agreements in a fast-paced trading environment.

The work:

• Negotiate GMRA and GMSLA agreements
• Provide legal support for financial markets business initiatives
• Handle repo trading document negotiations
• Support trading operations in a fast-paced environment

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 6 years' banking and finance experience
• Expertise negotiating GMRA and GMSLA agreements
• Proven trading document negotiator
• Current Australian practising certificate
• Right to live and work in Australia
• Ability to work independently and adapt to client needs
