The work:

  • Represent aviation and aerospace clients in litigation matters and disputes
  • Handle regulatory, administrative, and enforcement proceedings
  • Advise on aviation-related transactions and commercial agreements
  • Manage investigations and security-related matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Conduct legal research and provide written analysis
  • Support clients on employment issues within aviation

What they're looking for:

  • 6-10 years of general litigation experience
  • Strong interest in or background in aviation, transportation, or government contracts
  • JD required; District of Columbia bar license required
  • Pilot experience or aviation industry background a plus
  • Experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a litigation team
  • Law firm experience preferred
