Associate, Wilmington, DE · Nationally Recognized Litigation Firm

A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an Associate to handle complex civil matters in its Wilmington office. You'll manage a full litigation caseload independently, from inception through resolution, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, reviewing discovery, and drafting pleadings and motions. The work spans general, commercial, and corporate litigation throughout Delaware and beyond.

The work:

• Independently manage all phases of litigation matters from initial review through trial
• Conduct depositions of fact, expert, and corporate representatives
• Prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Draft and analyze discovery requests, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle motion practice and support trial preparation and mediation
• Communicate with clients and counsel throughout the matter lifecycle

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Active Delaware bar admission (required)
• Strong background in motion practice and depositions
• Experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with the team
