AmLaw 100 firm's international and immigration team in Washington, DC seeks a corporate associate to support partner and senior associate attorneys with legal research, contract drafting, and related work on corporate and international matters.

The work:

• Legal research on corporate and international issues
• Drafting contracts, memos, and legal documents
• Analyzing organizational policies and advising on legal implications
• Advising clients on compliance with federal, state, and local law
• Supporting client relationship management and business development activity
• Coordinating with support staff to meet project deadlines

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of legal experience
• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
• State bar license
• Graduate coursework in international subjects preferred (international law, trade law, arbitration)
• Strong research and analytical capability
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients
