The role spans the full company lifecycle, including incorporation, early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings, across industries such as software, enterprise, security, digital health, AI, fintech, gaming, and blockchain. Responsibilities include drafting transactional documents, leading due diligence, conducting legal research, and interacting directly with client senior management. Strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and commercial awareness required. Admission to the California bar in good standing required. Fluency in English.
