Associate/Senior Associate Disputes, Melbourne and Sydney · Elite Global Practice

This commercial litigation role handles high-stakes disputes across multiple industries, with particular depth in construction law and regulatory investigations. You'll work from initial strategy through trial, managing expert witnesses, counsel, and discovery. At the senior level, you'll supervise junior team members.

The work:

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for major commercial disputes
• Draft trial documents including motions, trial briefs, and examination outlines
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations involving government agencies
• Coordinate expert witnesses, counsel, and discovery processes
• Advise on regulatory risk and complex commercial issues within disputes
• Handle matters with domestic and international dimensions

What they're looking for:

• Four to seven years of Australian litigation experience
• Expertise in construction law and multi-party construction disputes
• Experience navigating regulatory investigations
• Strong track record of team collaboration and support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
